Miss-sold me a policy for my washing machine. Didn’t confirm in writing the exact type of machine or policy wording or ask me directly exactly what my appliance was on the call - an integrated washer dryer - and then didn’t cover it because they said when I came to make a claim that it wasn’t free standing. They said when seller ran through the terms he had said it was to Cover a free standing washing machine - but this only formed part of a very hurried and garbled t&cs message at the end of a call. Terrible experience. Also long wait for engineer to come out.
